  15. I use a Sportster external 33.6, usually connecting at 26.4.  The
  16. problem is the modem stops and starts...heavy activity followed
  17. by nothing.  I use DUN in Windows 95.  It was suggested to me
  18. I go in the Registry and reduce the RWIN settings.  Frankly,
  19. editing the Registry still makes me nervous...does anyone think
  20. this would help?
